Our Pre-Kindergarten course mixes work and play to give your child the readiness skills he or she needs for a successful academic experience.The course will help build vocabulary, strengthen logical sequences, and stimulate visual and auditory discrimination. In math, your child will learn about simple measurements, patterns, and the numbers from 1 to 10. All this is done through hands-on activities and games, allowing you to help your child discover a love of learning.
As part of your enrollment, you will have access to our Education Counselors as well as all necessary supplies and books. Calvert’s courses are designed to make the most of your instructional time and allow you to focus on your child. In Pre-Kindergarten, you, the Home Teacher, oversee the daily work, using the Lesson Manual to guide your student through each subject’s instruction and activities.
